Events & Hospitality

With seating for a total of 700 guests (including event space) and the Colonel’s Quarters accommodating approximately 430 guests, significant opportunities exist to expand weddings, corporate events, private functions, tourism programming, and destination experiences.

Bar & Beverage Program

The property offers immediate opportunities to reintroduce and expand beverage operations, bourbon-focused experiences, special events, and hospitality programming.

Retail & Merchandise

The existing gift shop represents an underutilized opportunity for branded merchandise, tourism-focused retail offerings, collectibles, online sales, and expanded visitor spending.

Brand Expansion

The Claudia Sanders name and intellectual property create opportunities for licensing, strategic partnerships, consumer products, hospitality collaborations, and future brand extensions.

Tourism

Located along Kentucky’s growing bourbon tourism corridor, the property is uniquely positioned to benefit from increasing tourism activity throughout the Commonwealth.
